The 2026 season marks Scott Cameron’s third year with Whiteline Racing and his most exciting campaign to date.
After competing in Camaro #85 throughout the 2024 and 2025 Touring Car Masters (TCM) seasons, Scott has stepped into the championship-winning Camaro #95 for the 2026 TCM Championship. The move represents another significant milestone in a racing career that has been built on years of dedication, development and determination.
Scott’s journey with Whiteline Racing began at the Darwin round of the Touring Car Masters Championship in 2024. From the outset, he demonstrated both speed and consistency, securing numerous podium finishes in the Pro-Am category throughout 2024 and 2025. Those performances laid the foundation for what is shaping as a breakthrough season in 2026.
Long before joining TCM, Scott forged an extensive racing career across a variety of categories. He began in HQ Holdens before progressing through the Ute Series and Production Cars. He also became well known for campaigning the iconic Commodore National Sports Sedan, Car #111. The experience gained across these categories ultimately prepared him for the opportunity to join Whiteline Racing under the ownership of Bob and Sharon Middleton.
Scott describes the opportunity to drive for Whiteline Racing as a career-defining chapter.
“The opportunity to be part of Whiteline Racing over the past two seasons, and now into my third year with the team, has been an absolute honour. Bob and Sharon Middleton have provided me with an incredible opportunity and I am grateful for their support and belief in me.”
The momentum for 2026 was building strongly towards the end of the previous season. In Camaro #85, Scott displayed impressive pace, recording the fastest race lap of the weekend at both the Bathurst Supercars 1000 support event and the Sandown Supercars event.
Stepping into the championship-winning Camaro #95 for 2026 brought new expectations and challenges, but Scott wasted no time making his mark.
At Round 1 of the championship at Sydney Motorsport Park, he delivered a dominant performance by securing pole position, breaking the qualifying lap record, winning all three races and claiming outright victory for the weekend along with Pro Am.
Round 2 in Tasmania continued the strong form. Scott again secured pole position, won the Pro-Am category, finished third outright for the weekend and recorded the fastest race lap of the meeting.
Whiteline Racing now turns its attention to Round 3 in Townsville. Interestingly, despite his extensive racing experience, Scott has never previously raced at Townsville, adding another exciting challenge to an already impressive season.
Away from the racetrack, Scott works as a Golf Course Superintendent in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales. He is married to Zoe and together they have three children – Zara, Lake and Reid.
Scott is extremely grateful for the support of Whiteline Racing’s valued sponsors and partners, whose commitment makes the team’s success possible:

As the 2026 Touring Car Masters Championship continues, Scott Cameron and Whiteline Racing remain focused on building momentum and challenging for championship honours.
